Now you can build your own CD-5 straight pull bolt action at home in whatever caliber or configuration you'd like!
These are the bare minimum proprietary parts necessary to create your own straight pull bolt action AR-15 rifle. The receiver style is not an option, but at least it's 7075.
Buffer tube not required, so feel free to use a KNS picatinny adapter on any mil spec standard lower or a BRN-180 lower.
It is on you to figure out how to remove or block the gas port on the barrel of your choosing. Just buy a gas block and flip it around if you don't care.
We still refuse to hire people named Kevin. It's nothing personal, we just think it's for the best.
We don't make very much, if anything on our straight pull uppers alone, we depend on the customer to Option their upper out with the below choices.
Bolt Handles are threaded for 5/16-24 and are compatible with standard Remington 700 bolt knobs.
Option 1 is for a standard bolt face diameter. (223, 5.56, 300 BLK, etc)
Option 2 is for 6.5, 6 ARC, etc
Generic Handguards are either 10" or 15"
Cerakote is done by my wife. She's very sweet.
We have tested these with 6arc, 6.5 Grendel, and other hard hitting calibers, but they're extremely dependent on the quality of chamber, head spacing, and ammo. Hard extraction has been reported in some configurations.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping and quality control.
Add an additional 1-2 weeks for Cerakote.
